ROAD TRIP!!!

Our idea is to grab a RV, setup some IoT sensors, build an edge computing environment, Splunk it all and pack up the Big Data Beard recording equipment for an epic road-trip across the country for the week leading up to .conf from Boston, Massachusetts to Las Vegas, Nevada… that is 3,780 miles!
We will stop along the way to share awesome stories from fellow Splunk users online via live chats, podcasts, and blogs. With the power of Splunk and our sponsors, we will capture data, discover trends, predict failures, and discover more exciting ways to use Splunk to drive value from machine generated data across the country. This incredible adventure will be captured, published, and shared to drive excitement for Splunk’s .conf, culminating in a break-out session at .Conf 2019 recapping the whole experience.
During the #RoadTrip2conf, we will be going on a podcasting / blogging spree! We will have a daily morning show of “Breakfast With The Beards”, where we will discuss tech and trends that we’re seeing from our journey. We will also be posting a daily podcast and blog recorded and written from the road! You’ll hear from Splunk customers, partners as well as Splunkers themselves.
